About Brookdale Dark Roast:

Origin: Brazil Oberon

Tasting Notes: Toasted Cashew, Baker's Chocolate, Meyer Lemon

Dark roast coffee beans are roasted longer and at higher temperatures than lighter roasts. This leads to the creation of rich and smoky flavors and an intense, bold profile. Say hello to Brookdale Roast.

Yep, this is the same bean as our Sunnydale Blend. We admit it: we love this bean. And because the longer roasting time caramelizes the bean’s sugars, this brew has an especially pronounced and complex taste that dark coffee drinkers are sure to crave.
